1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 By using the Margolis Safe website, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use this site. Margolis Safes reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter, or update these terms of use, product prices and product information and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations, or updates on subsequent visits. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. Stock availability
2.1 All products are subject to availability.
2.2 Products not supplied will not be charged for and Margolis Safes will refund you any part of the goods already paid for.
2.3 If an ordered product is out of stock Margolis Safes will make every attempt to contact you within 48 hours.

3. Manufacturer's Warranty
3.1 Manufacturer information is subject to change without notice.
3.2 If the product you purchase is faulty, Margolis Safes may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your legal rights.

4. Order Acceptance
4.1 All orders sent to Margolis Safes are only accepted when you receive confirmation of receipt of your order, but only on the condition that Margolis Safes may subsequently not be able to ship the items requested, or may decide on reasonable grounds not to do so.
4.2 Margolis Safes reserve the right, at any time prior to acceptance, to refuse any order or any part of an order, or to require further or better information to enable it to evaluate and/or process the order. Without prejudice to the statutory rights afforded to consumers under English law, Margolis Safes accepts no liability for any failure to ship products where this results from its inability to do so or its decision on reasonable grounds not to do so, provided that it takes all reasonable steps to notify you within 48 hours of order placement that products will not be shipped as ordered. In such cases Margolis Safes will not process any payment or will immediately refund any payment made in full.
4.3 All product prices include VAT at 17.5%.

5. Payment
5.1 For payment by credit/debit card, Margolis Safes only accept recognized credit/debit cards.

6. Installation
6.1 Products sold by Margolis Safes may require installation according to the manufacturer's instructions in order to meet the manufacturer's specifications or recommended cash rating. Prices quoted exclude installation unless otherwise stated. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the product is installed appropriately.
6.2 In all cases it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that floor loading restrictions are adhered to. Margolis Safes will not be held responsible for any loss or damage as a result of floor loading limits being exceeded as a result of the installation of any of its products.
6.3 Margolis Safes offers an installation service, arranging for work to be carried out by an appropriately qualified installer. Margolis Safes will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or expenses incurred during, or as a result of, the product installation.

7. Returns Policy
7.1 Clients may return purchases to Margolis Safes within 14 days of receipt of the goods and after prior notification of the intention to do so.
7.2 Goods shall be returned to Margolis Safes or their named agent. Packing Costs and Carriage Costs for the return of the goods are the responsibility of the Client.
7.3 In order to receive a refund, the goods must be returned in "as-new" condition, with either original or suitable packaging and with all manuals and accessories.
7.4 A refund minus outgoing delivery costs will then be made.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations
8.1 Without prejudice to the Statutory Rights of Purchasers, the information provided on this site, including without limitation text, graphics, images and links is provided in good faith, and in particular Margolis Safes does not warrant that the information accessible by this site is accurate, complete or current.
8.2 Margolis Safes does not guarantee that the use of the site is free of risk of viruses or any other damage.
8.3 Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.

9. Privacy Policy
9.1 Margolis Safes is committed to protecting your privacy. Margolis Safes will only use the information that is collected about clients lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
9.2 On purchasing a product from Margolis Safes, the client will be required to provide certain personal identifiable information on the order form. The client must provide contact information such as name, email, billing and shipping addresses and financial information such as credit card number and expiration date if paying by credit or debit card.
9.3 Margolis Safes will use external carriage companies to deliver orders, and a credit card processing company to bill you for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes.
9.4 Due to the size and weight of the products supplied all products will be dispatched directly from the manufacturer warehouse. In these instances the manufacturer will be given your shipping and contact details to allow delivery. Manufacturers do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any other purposes.
9.5 Margolis Safes does not share, sell, rent, or trade your personally identifiable information with third parties for any unknown or unrelated uses.
9.6 Margolis Safes reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Web site.
9.7 To ensure your security Margolis Safes follows accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted, both during transmission and once it is received. By using Secure Socket Layer technology or SSL as it is more commonly known all data entered on our online order form such as address or credit card number is encrypted and transferred securely. However no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, whilst Margolis Safes strives to use commercially acceptable means to protect personal information, total security cannot be guaranteed.
