Our customer service team are available either by telephone or email to provide you with the necessary assistance you need in order to identify the product you need. that meets your requirement.


Service

We have partnerships with a number of locksmiths throughout the UK to provide a quick and efficient service response in the unlikely event of the product malfunctioning. This service is not however on a 24/7 basis.


Other Services

With our partners we can also provide a wide range of other services, e.g. safe re-location, lock changes, annual servicing.


Guarantees

Products are guaranteed for 1 year unless otherwise specified. FireKing products have a lifetime guarantee for parts and the unit is replaced if it is damaged by fire.

The specification of the products on this website are given in good faith, however we have to advise that these can change due to manufacturing policy, over which we have no control.


Pricing

Prices shown exclude VAT.

Delivery Charges are included to either door step / kerb side or a ground floor location depending on the size of the safe.

Please see the Deliveries and Ordering section for further details and in particular the delivery of larger safes to other than a ground floor location.

Bolts downs incur extra charges, price on application.
