Deliveries & Ordering

Prices

Prices are EX-VAT

Ordering Goods

All orders must clearly state the following:

  1. Description of the product
  2. Delivery address with contact name and telephone number
  3. If delivery is required to a floor other than at Ground Level details must be supplied. (Steps or stairs may incur extra costs.)

Receipt of Goods

Products must be inspected and signed for upon delivery as being received in good condition. Subsequent claims for receipt of damaged stock will not be accepted. If on inspection goods are found to be damaged please refuse delivery.

Deliveries

Prices include delivery charges to UK Mainland addresses. Delivery to Ireland or off shore islands are on a Price on Application basis.

Goods weighing less than 100kgs

Delivery is usually within 4-5 working days.

Prices include delivery to a pavement level front door only.

Goods weighing more than 100kgs

Delivery is normally within 10 working days from receipt of order.

Exceptions to the 10 day delivery time scale are addresses on RED ROUTES in London , addresses above the line from Perth to Greenock and below the line from Exeter to Minehead

Prices include delivery to a pavement level ground floor ONLY with no more than one threshold step into the building or along the delivery route within the building.

A delivery form must be completed and accompany all orders for items to be delivered to other than ground floor locations. This enables us to identify any difficulties that may affect the delivery and identify any additional costs in advance.

Delivery to an upper or lower floor where there is a suitable lift does not incur extra costs.

A bolt down service is offered for Security Safes within this weight range at an extra cost. Price on application.

It is important that before any product is ordered consideration is given to the following:

  1. Can the product be delivered to the exact location?
  2. Is the floor loading adequate for the weight of the product?
  3. Can the delivery vehicle park adjacent to the delivery address?
